How to Make a Wildflower Crown

A hat full of wildflowers… all picked upon a walk on a beautiful May day. A perfect bouquet for a crown of flowers and a way a celebratory the new moon.

As a child, I use to make these head wreaths with any flower and this project is fun, super simple and easy to do.

-basket full of flowers
-floral wire
-floral tape
-wire cutters
-spray bottle (to keep flowers fresh when working with them)
-fresh flower sealant  (to preserve flowers)

To Make:

This project is fun and simple. For softer, delicate stems use the floral tape, for foliage that have a wooden stem consistency use the wire.

TIPS: Floral tape adheres to itself and not really anything else, so it’s an easy to use for young age. The wire should be cut in small segments, ranging from 1-3 inch strips for each section. Both tape and wire should be wrapped adhering one stem to the next.

“Like wildflowers; You must allow yourself to grow in all the places people thought you never would.” -E.V
